Our Business

We have the in-house capabilities to design and test standard and performance-based asphalt mixes required for specific projects. This includes the designing and testing of special asphalt mixes used in our own projects such as F1 Mix for Singapore’s Formula One racetrack, and HMAC for Changi Airport’s runways and taxiways. We carry out rigorous and comprehensive internal and external tests on our finished products to ensure quality and meeting of clients’ requirements.

We invest in research to produce and trial the use of new asphaltic products, with upgraded testing facilities and working with established technical collaborators. We also use the latest innovative technology to ensure high quality work, enhance safety and to solidify our dedication to eco-conscious practices to support sustainable road construction in Singapore.

• Using synthetic high performance fibre for pedestrian footpath construction
• Using 3D machine control for differential milling and precision road profiling correction
• Research in application of polymer modified asphaltic mat and tapes for road pavement repair
• Research in production of warm-mix and cold-mix asphalt products
• Research in use of recycled plastic waste for production of new asphalt mixture
• Research in the application use of digital AI-enabled system to aid inspection, automated identification and mapping visualisation of effective management of road defects

We have close working collaborations with leading industry partners (Shell), academia and institutes of higher learning (NUS, NTU, Tongji University, Pavement Engineering Society), accredited laboratories (Setsco, Cast, Element, RAK) and suppliers (Multico, Wirtgen, Volvo, Sakai, Hamm, Amman).
