Our Business

We are a specialist in the construction of semi-rigid pavements, which is a composite material combining the best attributes of flexible pavements and rigid pavements. Semi-rigid pavements are stronger and more durable than normal asphalt, but can be constructed in much less time than traditional rigid pavements. Our semi-rigid pavements have been applied in multiple bus interchanges and road junction approaches.

Other specialist works that we are spearheading is in the laying of Graded Granite Aggregate Base (GGAB) for base or sub-base course and special asphalt mixes like Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMAC), Formula One (F1) mix. We also one of the pioneering few in the successful implementation of Cement Treated Base (CTB), which consists of granite aggregate blended with cement and water – stronger and more durable than an un-stabilised base.

We too integrated specialized technology such as GPS paving and RD-MC into projects requiring extremely precise finishing. These has led to the great success of our work on the F1 Formula One racetrack and Singapore Changi Airport runways and taxiways.
